While the band is not working on new material at this time, Wilkinson has been writing and recording new material for 4D4Films. Songs from previous Displaced Time recordings can be heard on the soundtracks of the 4D4Films Projects - Stolen Moment, Love Sick and In The Event Of A ZOMBIE ATTACK.

Wittstruck, currently between film projects, is writing and recording material for the dEVILish music project.

The Band

WILKINSON

Wilkinson is the sound of Displaced Time, the man behind the music. Providing DT's foundation and dynamic sound canvas, he is the band's guitarist, bassist, keyboardist, sequence designer, sound engineer and producer.

WITTSTRUCK

Wittstruck is the voice of Displaced Time. Responsible for writing lyrics, designing project concepts, maintaining DT's website, programming the occasional sequence and hacking his way through the recording and mixing process.

Officially formed in 1994, with roots tracing as far back as 1987, Displaced Time was influenced by the "Industrial Revolution" of the 90's. The music is signified by dark textures, driving guitars, psychotic voices, synthetic waves and intense rhythm. The first songs would eventually become a part of God's Hand. A remix project and single release (in an effort to get some local airplay) followed and eventually II, the follow-up to God's Hand, was completed in 2003.
